Web platform user guide
This guide covers the user area of the web platform. Available actions depend on your access and the installation configuration.
1. Finding your way around
The dashboard brings together the installations managed by your account. Opening an installation shows its operational and configuration sections in the menu.
- Sign in and open Sites to see the available sites. Select the card of the installation you want to work on.
- Use the sidebar to move between overview, devices, Inputs, Outputs and users. On a phone, open the menu using the button in the header.
- Return to the list to switch installations. Manuals and Support are also available from the installation menu. Administrative functions are reserved for the corresponding roles.
2. Creating and editing an installation
An installation groups devices, settings and access permissions. Owner details describe the installation; app access is assigned from the users section.
- Open Sites and choose New site. Complete the tabs for installation identity, owner and contacts, following the required field instructions.
- Check the name and time zone, then save. The new card appears in the installation list.
- To correct the details, open the three-dot menu on the installation card and choose Edit. Save your changes before closing.
3. Deleting an installation
Deletion is permanent. Before confirming, check the selected installation and the summary of its consequences.
- Return to the Sites list. Open the three-dot menu in the corner of the installation card and choose Delete.
- Read the confirmation dialog and the summary of affected devices, access permissions and settings. Type the requested name exactly as displayed.
- Confirm only after checking. If the operation succeeds, the card disappears from the list; if an error occurs, read the message before trying again.
4. Adding and viewing devices
A device must be connected to the network and assigned to the correct installation. The device manual describes preparation and commissioning.
- Open the installation, go to Devices and choose Add device. Select Bluetooth, QR scanning or manual entry from the available options.
- For Bluetooth, stay near the device and grant the access requested by the browser. Follow the network setup procedure; if Bluetooth is unavailable, use another method after connecting the device.
- For QR scanning or manual entry, use the current ID and claim code displayed by the device. Wait for the procedure result, then complete the name and location.
- Open the detail page to view device status, measurements and information. A manual link is shown for models with published documentation.
5. Configuring commands
Commands define how device outputs are used: switch, pulse or thermostat, according to the available configuration.
- In the installation, open Outputs, find the device and output, then open the configuration for that relay.
- Choose the command type and give it a clear name. Set the duration for a pulse; for a thermostat, select an enabled BTH1 on the same controller and complete the required temperature and protection settings.
- Check access permissions and save. If a change requires removing an incompatible Link, read the confirmation before proceeding.
- Check the output behaviour and status after configuration. Sending a command and receiving confirmation from the device are separate steps.
6. Configuring events and Links
An event defines how an input is handled and which responses it triggers. A Link can connect it to compatible outputs in the same installation.
- Open Inputs and select the input to configure. Set the name, input type, active condition and delay to suit the installation function.
- Define activation and restore responses, any repetition and validity windows. Select the intended recipients.
- In the options, configure any Links by selecting outputs and the offered behaviours. Available choices depend on the output type; an output can belong to only one Link.
- Check the summary and save. Test both the active condition and restore, checking linked outputs and configured notifications.
7. Managing users and permissions
App users receive installation access through invitations and permissions. Authorisations determine the functions they can use.
- Open Users in the installation and prepare the required permissions, then assign them to the relevant users.
- Invite the user using the correct email address. Check the invitation status: a pending invitation is not an accepted access grant.
- Use the actions on the user row to update access. Read revocation or deletion confirmations: they concern access to the installation, not deletion of the user's entire app account.
8. Checking status and notifications
The installation overview brings together status and operational information. Notifications help you follow configured conditions.
- Open the installation overview and check device connectivity before interpreting statuses and measurements.
- Check the device detail page and the latest available communication. If the device is offline, displayed values do not confirm a fresh live reading.
- Open Notifications to read messages. If an expected notification is missing, check the event settings, recipients and device status; use Support if the problem persists.
9. Requesting support
Tickets keep your request and subsequent replies in one conversation.
- Open Support and create a ticket. Enter a clear subject and describe the problem, the expected result and the actions leading up to it.
- Provide installation or device references useful for investigation and, when necessary, attach images or documents accepted by the form. Do not include passwords or access codes.
- Send the request and reopen the same ticket to read replies or add details. Check the conversation status and notifications.
10. Profile, password and sign-out
Your account menu provides access to your profile and allows you to end the session.
- Open your profile from the account menu to update editable details and your picture. The email address shown in the profile cannot be changed using this form.
- To change your password, enter the current password, the new password and its confirmation. After saving, the platform ends your session: sign in again with the new password.
- Use Sign out to end the session. Public manuals remain available on the website; you must sign in again to return to the dashboard.
